Lovecraft-inspired Horror Film Is Quite Good, Has Cute Girl In, Shocks World

Last night adjectivemarcus took my mind off all the angst by getting me to watch Dagon, a Lovecraft-based horror movie - you know, seemingly deserted fishing village, tentacles, ritual sacrifice, that sort of thing. On sitting down to it we were sure it was going to be pretty awful, but actually it's really rather good, very creepy, and, because it's a European production, had an awful lot of money thrown at it which was used very wisely indeed. It also had an extremely cute girl with tentacles for legs. I was happy. ravenevermore, zeke_hubris, if you haven't seen this I will be shocked, and you should see it right now. ~g~

Grey skies seem to be lifting. This is good.
