First Movie you ever saw in the theatre:
The Jungle Book. My parents had to take me out - the snake scared me too much, I screamed the place down. ~g~ How we change.
Fav movie as a kid:
~sigh~ Casper. And yes, I still love it.
Movie you have seen the most times:
Velvet Goldmine - it's approaching a hundred now. Then Labyrinth.
Biggest Movie Star crush as a kid:
Tom Cruise, for I am sad. But, cheekbones.
Fav 80's teen Movie:
Erm, Breakfast Club I suppose. I haven't seen enough to be able to say properly.
Fav song from a movie:
Most of the Labyrinth soundtrack, most of the Velvet Goldmine soundtrack, but probably more than both of those 'Is Your Love Strong Enough?' by Bryan Ferry, from Legend. Though I suppose I should mention 'View To A Kill' as well. :)
Fav Love/Romance Movie:
Erm. The Wedding Singer. But only because of the music. And Drew Barrymore. I'm very, *very* anti-intellectual about films, I just like to sit back and be entertained. Among some of my friends this is considered heresy.
Fav Horror Movie:
I don't watch horror movies, generally. I don't really know what counts. It seems absurd to count The Crow and Interview With The Vampire, but what else are they?
~shrug~ A bit of an overgeneral heading, that. I've no idea what sort of things fall under that category. So I'm going to be contrary and say 'The Importance Of Being Earnest' - the most recent version. That was good. Apart from Reese Witherspoon.
Fav Sci Fi movie:
Given the very few I've seen, I'll give a nod to ST : Nemesis for having shiny shiny shiny clothes and a lot of pretty knives. Mmm, knives.
Fav Fantasy move:
Labyrinth. Though Legend comes a close second.
Fav Musical Movie:
Velvet Goldmine, and Moulin Rouge was *very* good as well. I adore musical movies.
Fav Comedy Movie:
Or, y'know, not. Comedies tend to miss me by a mile - the humour goes straight over my head, or, more often, straight under my feet.
Fav Action/Adventure Movie:
And further, no. Keep your Vin Diesels and Bruce Willises. Please.
Fav Children's Movie:
Almost anything Disney have done. Especially Aladdin and Beauty & The Beast and The Little Mermaid. Just because.
Movie that Scared You as a Child:
*Everything* scared me as a child. But 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' springs strongly to mind - I had a fairly extreme reaction to even the mention of it a few months ago. Eeeek. Never again.
Movie that makes you cry everytime you see it:
Er, Casper. Still.
Worst movie you ever saw:
An entertaining slasher film about a guy in a clown suit who went round murdering girls who worked on a sex phone line. The things you see when jetlag wakes you in the middle of the night in America. :)
Movie you walked out on in the theatre cause it was so bad:
Romeo & Juliet - the more recent one, obviously - and, actually, A Midsummer Night's Dream - the one with Calista Flockhart. Not even Rupert Everett could save it.
Most sexually arousing movie you ever saw (non porn):
Hrm. Everything sort of pales into insignificance beside the scene from The Royal Tenenbaums in which one of the brothers attempts suicide. Technically I've seen much sexier films but that moment drowns out everything I've seen so far. 'Cause, y'know, blood.
Most disturbing movie you ever saw:
Erm, Fight Club, A Clockwork Orange and The Crow, for varying reasons.
Movie that supposedly sucks but you love it:
Heh, that'll be The Wedding Singer then. And it does suck. But, but, music. :)
Comes down to a 'still the prettiest' list. With a lot of people on it.
Sort of likewise. Christina Ricci, Drew Barrymore and as ever Mandana Jones do sort of spring to mind though.
Fav Porn Star:
~laughs~ I'm dating him. But seriously...
Favourite sex scene from a movie (non porn):
Or, not? I tend to avert my eyes from the screen - it's always so unnecessary. I can't think of one that hasn't been. The closest I can think is a short film a friend showed me once where there was unnecessary sex but it was tempered by there also being lots of blood around to look at. ~shrug~
Movie you wanted to see the most as a child but were not allowed to:
There never was one; my parents knew that me seeing it and terrifying myself would be a much better future deterrent than them banning anything.
Sexiest movie star of all time (male):
Er. Tom Cruise. And, er. Charlie Sheen. Look, I have no taste, this is long established, 'kay? Oh, and Patrick Stewart of course. And perhaps Jonathan Rhys Meyers even though I don't find him attractive. And Christopher Walken. Er, can I start over?
Sexiest movie star of all time (female):
*Anyone* but blasted Angelina Jolie. Gah. Probably Christina Ricci - Drew isn't exactly sexy, as such.
Movie that could/might as well been written about your life:
Nothing that I know of. Wait until they film the Sandman books, heh.
Favourite villain in a movie:
Oh, god that's a hard one. In so many films it's hard to tell who the villain really is, anyway. I like villains. Almost anyone could be a favourite. Choose one.
Last movie you saw on TV/rented:
Um, Monsters Inc. I think. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
Last movie you saw in theatre:
~thinks~ I don't know that I've been since ST : Nemesis. I must catch X2 at least.
