Read My Lips - Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Yes, she annoys me a lot, but I knew I'd like the album and I've been waiting for it to come out and now it's here and I *do* like it, so that's good.
The Premier Hits - Gary Numan and Tubeway Army - Oh my god, forgotten how amazingly good he is...it's just fabulous. ~does Numan impressions in front of the computer~
Fourth Drawer Down - The Associates - Kickass electronic experimentation from one of Scotland's best ever bands. Gorgeous cover photography of a wet-t-shirted Billy Mackenzie and Alan Rankine. Songs sung through a hoover and recorded whilst in the bath. What more could anyone ask for?
Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark - Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark - Very nice limited edition, the first album so it has my two favourite OMD songs on. Yay.
The Wild Boys 12" - Duran Duran - Well, why not?
We Came To Dance picture disc - Ultravox - Ultravox. Picture disc. Say no more.
Our Lips Are Sealed picture disc - Fun Boy Three
Various singles by Classix Nouveaux
No Regrets - Midge Ure
After A Fashion - Midge Ure & Mick Karn
Sometimes special cassette single - Erasure
Let Me Go - Heaven 17
and...
Living Ornaments 79 & 80 - Gary Numan - A live box set which I was astounded, and very VERY happy, to come across, and which only cost me £3, which is less than it would have cost back in 1980.
Definitely a worthwhile shopping trip...and I came back with more Draco ideas, so I'm going to get thinking on that now.
Yay!
