(I've tried patience)

(no subject)

Shattered, but excellent conversations with spyinthehaus (first dominant hedgehogs and then the eroticism of angle grinding; whatever next?) and the utterly lovely dragonkal, both of whom are far more wonderful than I have words for, especially at this late hour. Sleep now, I hope to god. Night all.

Don't mind me.

I know that when I write this little of something and then post it, I never actually get around to writing any more of it, but it's entirely possible that that's a good thing in this case. It's helped, though, which is all I needed really.
I'm oddly taken with it, though, but then I suppose that's because I know what happens next. ~g~

Also, I would really like this cold to be gone by now. I ache all over. I hate being ill, damn it.

And stuff.

There isn't anyone else I owe a tape compilation, is there? Just checking, my memory about these things is appalling for some reason.

Also - I'm sure I've asked this before - has anyone else ever heard of Red Lipstique? Curiosity mainly, but it's weird having two singles by a band I've never otherwise heard of.

Watched Desperate Housewives last night, which is very good if not nearly as stylised as I would have liked it to be or as the trailers suggested. Probably worth keeping an eye on, though.

Today's mission, since I've postponed seeing webcowgirl until tomorrow, is to find out enough about Clive Owen to be able to write semi-decently about him (FSVO 'decent', obviously). And to try to scrub the penguin cosplay porn I just found on somethingawful.com from my mind.

I need tea, damn it.

Like I could possibly be posting about anything else.

Yeah, yeah, Brigitte Nielsen, yeah, Germaine Greer, Caprice, whatever.
Kenzo or Kinzi or Kylie or whatever his name is from Blazin' Squad - and oh, one of these days I must do the Blazin' Squad rant - is slightly more interesting.
But, but, Bez.

*Bez*. In the Big Brother house. Oh, wow.

I am very happy about this, although sorry for those I know were really hoping for David Icke.
