(I've tried patience)

*More* dreams, anyone?

Perhaps one in which I meet redcountess (scene : full suburban housewife setting) and she turns out to be an absurdly rich British career woman of the kind that sent their daughters to my school?

Or maybe one in which my mother asks me to drive a car full of bits of cardboard box home for her (I can't drive) and when I get home, I'm so shocked by the sight of an extremely dead pig being dug up from the ground outside my house that I leave the keys in the car and some bloke steals one piece of cardboard box and an earring, but gives them back when I ask him politely?

Or one in which I find a song about cats taking over the world, written from the point of view of a cat-lover who starts out enthusiastic and becomes frightened - it was like something out of Sandman - and then give it to childeric to sing in a competition?
Well, quite.
I am so kicking Morpheus to kingdom come when I next see him. ~sigh~

E-mail's down again, by the way, so please call me if you need anything, or indeed post to LJ - but calling me's safer.

Everything crossed for deliberateblank this morning. ~worried~

Ah, technology.

E-mail's back up, but my LJ UserInfo has gone insane - it's trying to make me feel better by lying about the number of Friends I have. But I know the truth, which I'm quite happy with. ~s~ It did make me sit up and blink though.

And today, my mother arrives, which means I have more house-cleaning to do. If any of my dear friends would like to step in and order me to do my own washing-up, I'd be very grateful, but otherwise I shall, like last time, pretend that [x person] has and go and do it anyway. ~grin~

I do have more to do with my life than read slash. Honest.

But...one story, on the whole internet, that's David/Michael? Only one? That's fewer stories than feature JK Rowling's Blaise Zabini, and Blaise is a character that's only mentioned once in passing.
It's ridiculous! Look, an 80s movie (often slashy by nature) about vampires (always slashy by nature) with two cute boys as the two main characters (oh, please) and there's only one story?

That's just Wrong. ~sulks~

(no subject)

I do wish people wouldn't leave Captain Oates-esque messages on LiveJournal at meep o'clock in the evening. I'm paranoid enough as it is. ~alarmedkitten~

I have vague shadows of vampires in my head. I have Jason Patric *now*, and Kiefer Sutherland now is teasing me, but the ones from then are reluctant to be found.
Still though. Vampires.
It's been a long time since I thought like a vampire.
I've missed it more than I should admit to. ~s~
