In passing

I note (probably along with half my Flist, I'm uploading music and can't check my Friends page) that they've finally taken pictures of a live giant squid, which as far as I'm concerned is marginally more exciting than the moon landing would have been.

Also that The Modern are now apparently playing Whitby, so those of you at Whitby should take the opportunity to go and see them. Also that I am very tired, and bored of having to take Excedrin every day because my migraines are back full force. Bah. Bah, I say.

Also that I've still not worked out why brutal television murders make such excellent accompaniment for cross stitch, but they do.
